- Our Director
Do what is right, always
Our Director is an Attorney. He obtained his LLB from the University of the
Witwatersrand. He is a young lawyer with fervour for public interest and
constitutional law litigation. After completing his studies he went on to complete his articles at the Legal Resources Centre. Upon completion of his articles he worked as litigation attorney working on Constitutional and Administrative Law matters.
He is well versed with the mechanisms and structures of public interest litigation in using the law in collaboration with social movements to advance and develop the law. He has experience with providing legal and policy advice in the Education sector.
He also has experience in workshop training including, Housing Workshops for Legal Aid Attorneys and Disciplinary Hearings for Learners workshop/seminar for independent schools. Furthermore, He was a part of the DBE Home Education Working Group, which has drafted and prepared the Home Education Policy and Regulations.
